Description

This Cajun Garlic Butter Sauce is rich, zesty, and packed with garlicky flavor—perfect for seafood boils, grilled veggies, or drizzling over pasta.


Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup Butter (unsalted)
  • 15 cloves Garlic (minced, about 23 tbsp of the minced garlic you can get in a jar)
  • 2 Lemons (juiced)
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning (click for my recipe)

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium-low heat.
  2. Add garlic cloves and cook until fragrant (about 2-3 minutes).
  3. Turn the heat to low.
  4. Add remaining ingredients and whisk to incorporate.
  5. Remove from the heat.

Notes

Use immediately or store in the fridge and reheat gently. Great as a dip or cooking sauce!
