A creamy, sweet dip layered with caramel and crunchy nuts, perfect for dipping apple slices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese block, softened
  • 1/3 cup powdered sugar (~40 g)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup caramel dip (~160 g)
  • 2 tbsp toffee bits (~16 g)
  • 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped (~9 g)

  • Apples, for dipping

Instructions

  1. Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer (or stand mixer) to combine evenly.
  2. Next heat up the caramel dip in the microwave until it is a pourable consistency, using 15 second intervals.
  3. Then spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
  5. Next top with the toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts.
  6. Dip fresh apples and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with crisp apple slices. Store leftovers in refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
