A creamy, sweet dip layered with caramel and crunchy nuts, perfect for dipping apple slices.
Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese block, softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar (~40 g)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup caramel dip (~160 g)
- 2 tbsp toffee bits (~16 g)
- 1 tbsp peanuts, chopped (~9 g)
- 1 tbsp walnuts, chopped (~7 g)
- Apples, for dipping
Instructions
- Add the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer (or stand mixer) to combine evenly.
- Next heat up the caramel dip in the microwave until it is a pourable consistency, using 15 second intervals.
- Then spread the cream cheese mixture in the bottom of a serving dish.
- Pour the caramel over the cream cheese layer and spread evenly.
- Next top with the toffee bits, peanuts, and walnuts.
- Dip fresh apples and enjoy!
Notes
Serve with crisp apple slices. Store leftovers in refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
