- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

- In a large bowl, combine the almond butter, honey, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Add the almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls, about 1 to 2 tablespoons per ball. Place on prepared sheet or tray. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes or in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium microwave safe bowl. Place in the microwave and heat in 30 second intervals until smooth.
- Dip the brownie balls in melted chocolate and use a spoon to pour some chocolate over the top then lift the ball out of the chocolate and allow the excess chocolate to run off. You can shake the fork or tap it on the side of the bowl to help.
- Return to the tray or baking sheet and sprinkle with flaky sea salt.
- Refrigerate balls for at least 1 hour to allow the chocolate to set before serving. Once chocolate is set, you can store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator, layered with parchment or wax paper, for up to 2 weeks. You can also freezer for up to 3 months.
Notes
You can customize the flavor with different nut butters or add-ins like shredded coconut or chopped nuts for added texture.
