This Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew with Pumpkin Cold Foam is a refreshing fall-inspired drink, combining smooth cold brew coffee with a creamy, spiced pumpkin foam. Perfect for a quick, dairy-free seasonal treat!
Ingredients

- 1 cup oat milk or dairy-free heavy whip
- 1 1/2 tbsp. pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. pumpkin spice or cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
- 1 cup cold brew coffee
- Handful of ice
- Sprinkle of pumpkin spice
Instructions
- Combine the oat milk or dairy-free heavy whip, pumpkin puree, maple syrup, vanilla, pumpkin spice, and salt in a small jar. Use a hand-held frother to froth all of the ingredients up until combined. Refrigerate or use right away.
- Add your favorite cold brew to a glass over ice and pour pumpkin cold foam on top. Lightly stir and top with more pumpkin spice to enjoy!
Notes
For a stronger pumpkin flavor, add an extra 1/2 tbsp of pumpkin puree. Use store-bought or homemade cold brew. Store leftover foam in the refrigerator for up to 2 days and re-froth before using.
