Description
A fun and festive Halloween Chex Mix loaded with candy corn, M&M’s, pretzels, and coated in sweet white chocolate for the perfect holiday treat.
Ingredients

- 3 cups Chex (rice or corn)
- 2 cups Cheerios
- 1–2 cups pretzel sticks (broken in half)
- 1 cup Fall M&M’s (more for topping)
- 1 cup candy corn
- 10 ounces white chocolate (I used Ghirardelli wafers)
- Halloween sprinkles (optional)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the 3 cups Chex, 2 cups Cheerios, 1-2 cups pretzels, 1 cup candy corn and 1 cup M&M’s. Stir until combined.
- Place 10 ounces white chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave at 50% power for 1 minute. Stir, then melt in 30 second increments, stirring in between. Do not overcook.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the mix and stir until well coated. Spread onto wax or parchment paper. Sprinkle extra M&M’s and Halloween sprinkles on top while chocolate is warm.
- Allow to set until hardened (at least 15 minutes). Store in a zip top bag or covered container up to 3 days, or freeze up to 3 months.
Notes
For best results, use high-quality melting chocolate. Add festive sprinkles for extra Halloween color.
