  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil (or avocado oil)

Instructions

  1. Heat a ceramic non-stick pan over medium-low heat. Add a touch of olive or avocado oil.
  2. Gently crack in 3 eggs, keeping them spaced apart in the pan.
  3. Let the eggs cook undisturbed for 2 minutes.
