Ingredients

- 1/2 cup raw cashews (soaked*)
- 3/4 cup canned pumpkin**
- 1/2 cup milk of choice
- 5 ice cubes
- 2–3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- Toppings: apple (walnuts, chia seeds, cinnamon, or whatever you’d like!)
Instructions
- Combine smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender and pulse until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and add toppings.
- Enjoy!
Notes
For best results, soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours or overnight. Use pure pumpkin purée, not pumpkin pie filling.
